We were asked to transform a two day physical event into a week-long virtual learning programme for the CEE region at Facebook. The event should enable clients and agencies to accelerate their businesses by leveraging Facebook's Family of Apps and Services.
This was an event that not only had to look good but had to work well.
The creative direction took its lead from the regional colour palette and the idea of ‘accelerated learning’ was represented in the chevron graphics and motion graphics we designed to elevate the virtual offering. Hosting an opening evening, a closing event and 26 workshops throughout the week, good user experience and digital communication was paramount to making this event a success.
700 registered participants engaged with 26 live speakers across 5 days of engaging breakout sessions. The event was a huge success and WAF were given special thanks by the client for proving to be ‘’agile, fast moving, resilient and great partners in bringing the event to life."
