To manage, from design to delivery, a three-part event series designed to educate and inform some of Facebook's most influential clients in the hope of shifting behavior in an interesting and engaging setting.
Concentrating on the theme of TRIBE, and the messages of each event were the springboard for the identity of this event series. Every detail will be thought through to link back to the theme of the event, from the venue to the gifts received by guests.
A smooth event where we designed the event identity to produce a number of event assets. Client and guest needs were taken care of from the initial invite to the drinks and snacks post event. Each guest arrived at the Carlton House Terrace library to coffee, tea and nibbles before a sit-down presentation and live Q&A. On their seats, they each found "Stories" themed swag, including branded pencils, notebooks and Stories stickers. After the presentation and Q&A, a champagne and canape reception was ready for guests to discuss their thoughts on the subject matter and relax with their peers. Slick tech support and attention to detail was the key to this successful event.
