The Brief

Due to the effects of Covid-19, we were asked to deliver Kantar Talks as an engaging live online event this year where industry experts share inspiration and practical advice working to the theme of Resilience & Recovery.

The Idea

We designed clean and modern virtual stages utilising the existing backgrounds of our proposed venues. The main stage logo backdrop emphasized the idea of building blocks, reminiscent of recovery. To help guests stay engaged, we provided lots of interactive entertainment, including a spoken word performance, mindful breathing session, as well as a fun quiz and interactive game.

The Result

There were circa 4,300 viewers, and 7,000 attendees to sessions. We created 3 stages that streamed live content over 2 days, featuring 45 speakers in the studio and 20 speakers who dialed in remotely from around the world, with a mix of keynotes and panels, as well as a live Q&A. The stages ran simultaneously, so people could choose what to watch, creating a real buzz around the event.
