Due to the effects of Covid-19, we were asked to deliver Kantar Talks as a live online event this year. We were asked to create an engaging event, where industry experts share inspiration and practical advice around the current situation, working to the theme of Resilience & Recovery.
We designed a clean, modern and fresh look & feel to our virtual stages that utilised the existing backgrounds of our proposed venues. The main stage had a simple but effective logo backdrop with furniture and styling that emphasises the idea of building blocks, reminiscent of the idea of recovery.
To help guests stay engaged, we provided lots of interactive and entertaining ideas, including a specially commissioned spoken word performance and mindful breathing session, as well as a fun quiz and an interactive game to play online.
We created three stages that streamed live content over 2 days, featuring 45 speakers in the studio and 20 speakers who dialed in remotely from around the world, with a mix of keynotes and panels, as well as live Q&A. The stages ran simultaneously, so people could choose what to watch, creating a real buzz around the event. There were circa 4,300 individual viewers, and 7,000 attendees to sessions.
