Kantar were looking to break boundaries by creating the inaugural Kantar Talks, a series of presentations, talks and panel discussions designed to transform the way their clients think about their businesses and teach them how to find and harness real growth in 2020.
We Are Family London were approached to tender for this project as their new creative agency partner.
The event was programmed for clients to understand more about the following areas: • The role of innovation within their future plans as a business • How to create a winning media mix to get front and centre of their audiences in a meaningful way • Understanding and connecting with female audiences • Learning how to help their businesses get to the future first, by using intelligence as strategic assets
With the venue selected as the British Film Institute in London’s Southbank, we will develop a connected narrative to create maximum exposure for the event.
Playing homage to the venue’s foundation, we will tell the Kantar Talks story through engaging activations and thought provoking branding, bringing our creative flair to all design elements across the live event.
A two day event which brought together 2500 attendees over 21 sessions, hosted by speakers from leading companies around the world including Mindshare, Alibaba, Facebook and Brand Z.
We Are Family London managed every detail of the event, from creative concept, production, staging and styling, to guest journey, catering, AV and all design. Our experienced WAF team managed the event across 5 different stages simultaneously, along with 10 demonstration areas and all networking spaces.
The event was a huge success with maximum attendance, 21 talks with industry leading speakers and an invaluable amount of data and statistics which brands can implement across multiple industries in to 2020 and beyond. Guest feedback scores were well above previous events and Kantar Talks 2020 is confirmed to go ahead with WAF leading the Creative Production once again.
