We Are Family were briefed to concept, design and deliver an unforgettable summer celebration in London for a key client. The event was a bold expression of culture, creativity and community. With 850 guests in attendance, the event was designed to spark connection and joy at every turn, with immersive moments, unexpected discoveries and a headline-worthy artist lineup that kept the dancefloor full into the night.
From creative concept to final production, WAF handled every detail. We created the full event identity, visuals, and experience and spatial design, collaborating with trusted partners to deliver standout audio, lighting and scenic builds. The result? A transformed venue that became a playground of curated experience, from hidden spaces to interactive installations and elevated food & drink, all woven together with a strong emotional thread of togetherness.
