Facebook’s festive event was designed as an intergalactic holiday party for 1,400 guests, combining immersive entertainment, futuristic activities, and creative catering. The goal was to transport attendees on an exploratory journey through different galaxies, merging high tech elements with adventure, games, and festive fun. We were responsible for full event production, including venue sourcing, guest management, logistics, and RSVPs.
Held at The O2 in London, the event spanned two floors and included an outdoor space, offering multiple themed areas to explore. Highlights included the Evergreen Bar, Blade Runner Games Room with a Sake Bar, the Jellyfish Lounge, and a selection of vibrant bars in red, blue, and gold. A diverse lineup of food traders served everything from Beijing street food and conveyor belt dim sum to pizza, pies, tacos, and neon jellies. The main stage featured a laser ceiling and LED screens, creating the illusion of a spaceship hurtling through space. Entertainment included one of London’s top bands, followed by special guest DJs who kept the energy high throughout the night.
