Waf was asked to design, produce and deliver a four-day company offsite retreat for 465 people. The chosen theme, ‘Keep Adventuring’, was perfectly suited as we took guests on an unforgettable journey both literally and metaphorically.
Our team handled the full event concept, design, production, and delivery. Guests entered through a tunnel of coats, stepping into a snowy wonderland with towering fir trees and immersive entertainment. Key highlights included the White Witch’s Crown bar, featuring dramatic ice shard structures, a stunning mirrored space showcasing a massive Aslan ice sculpture, and wintery interactive experiences such as a curling. Aslan’s Disco Den provided a high-energy party atmosphere, completing the ultimate festive experience.
