Overview

Meta UK and Meta US hosted exclusive hospitality experiences at Wimbledon, with reservations for 30 guests at the Rosewater Pavilion and 45 guests at The Lawn, including Centre Court passes. We were tasked with designing and delivering the branding, styling, gifting, and lounge aesthetics while also supporting on the day to ensure a seamless and elegant experience.

Delivered

Drawing inspiration from Wimbledon’s signature green and purple colour palette, we created a bespoke tennis themed design across all print assets. The table styling featured hydrangeas, lilac wonder roses, purple lisianthus, Athena roses, eucalyptus foliage, green glassware, and matching candles for a refined yet vibrant aesthetic. A custom designed tennis themed photo op added entertainment and additional decor at The Lawn. Guests received exclusive Wimbledon merchandise alongside specially curated swag items. The event was a resounding success, with Meta’s UK and US teams so impressed that they secured bookings for the following year just five days after the event.
